Hot Hot HOT Wheels of Knight

As a slight digression from ‘Bot-based articles, though I argue it applies as an artificial intelligence based vehicle, a bring some images of my favourite vehicle KITT from 1980s series Knight Rider.

I’m such a fan of KITT, as seemingly are Hot Wheels that have brought out a new range of KITT based cars, starting with the normal version, plus extending to;

• KARR, KITT’s evil nemesis (in his grey bumper version from his second appearance)

• A flame-covered KITT (from episode Custom KITT)

• Super-pursuit mode KITT, which many of us thought was just a bit stupid.

But also, some recent re-imagining, concept car versions in a modern style both of KITT and KARR, both having the ability to have the front light “woo-woo” light lit up!

These are superb, two versions of KTT exist, one released this year as a mainstream item and has better light-up effects, due to more translucent red plastic being used.

If I had a request (Hot Wheels) it would be the white version of KITT that appeared briefly in an episode when he was being rebuilt and his bulletproof proof coating was being re-added.
